About Userlane

Userlane helps organizations stop wasting money on software training that doesn't work. Our technology shows large enterprises where applications drain training and support resources, then delivers AI assistance that reduces costs and helps people get work done.

Join our Operations team in Munich and help plan and run events that bring our people together. You’ll coordinate internal company events and external gatherings hosted at our office. From our annual Company Kick-Off to our Munich Christmas celebration, you’ll shape experiences that connect people, strengthen our culture, and make Userlane a great place to come together. This internship runs 3–6 months (40 hours per week) and offers the option to continue as a working student afterwards.

Your mission

Plan and coordinate internal events that build team spirit and collaboration.
Manage logistics, communication, and setup for external events in our Munich office.
Research and coordinate venues, catering, and suppliers.
Prepare invitations, schedules, and internal communications.
Partner with teams across the company to align on goals and requirements.
Track feedback and suggest improvements for future events.
Ensure an engaging, welcoming experience for all participants.

26 November 2025 – External office event (evening)
17 December 2025 – Internal Munich Christmas event
19–23 January 2026 – Company Kick-Off (full-time, including evenings)
