The Role

Own real marketing projects from start to finish. Work directly with Marketing leadership and the CEO on events, campaigns, and customer stories that drive pipeline.

This isn't coffee-and-copies work. You'll run field events, write case studies, and build campaigns that matter. You'll see how an AI software company goes to market—and do the work yourself.

You'll get responsibility that would take years to earn at a big company. Ship work that actually moves the business forward.

Start with a 3-6 month full-time internship. Option to continue as a working student (15-20 hours/week) alongside your studies.


Your mission

What You'll Do

  • Plan and run field events that generate qualified leads (dinners, roundtables, partner events)
  • Write customer case studies that show real business outcomes
  • Build social campaigns that get prospects to take action
  • Track what works and report on pipeline impact
  • Work with Sales to understand what customers need to hear
  • Help ship campaigns fast using AI tools
  • Present results directly to leadership
Your profile

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying in a relevant field (top universities preferred)
  • Proven ability to ship work independently (projects, internships, side work)
  • Strong writing skills in English and German
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking results
  • Uses AI tools to work faster and smarter
  • Available for 3-6 months full-time, with option to continue part-time
