As a Working Student in Customer Success, you will support our Customer Success team in ensuring that our customers get the most value out of Userlane. You’ll gain hands-on experience in SaaS customer management, onboarding processes, and data-driven account operations. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about technology, communication, and improving customer experiences.
Support the Customer Success Managers in their day-to-day operations, including onboarding new customers and maintaining existing relationships.
Help identify opportunities for customer engagement and adoption improvement by monitoring and analyzing usage data and customer health metrics.
Contribute to Customer Success Operations initiatives, including building automations and executing one-to-many programs.
Contribute to the creation of success materials (guides, templates, presentations, Demos, and Videos) to showcase and explain value for our customers.
Assist in administrative and operational tasks within the Customer Success department.
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Management and Technology, Communication or a related field.
Passion for customer interaction and a strong interest in SaaS, digital products, or tech.
Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus).
Structured and proactive working style with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Technical Aptitude: Strong affinity for data and operational processes. Basic experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or CSM platforms (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight) is a significant advantage.
