Your mission

As a member of our engineering team, you will help contribute to the evolution of our customer-facing Digital Adoption Platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build scalable, elegant, and high-performing solutions that deliver real value to our users.

Your profile

What you’ll do

Own, develop, and evolve the frontend architecture of our React-based application.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product to translate user needs into intuitive, reliable technical solutions.
Stay current with emerging trends in React and modern web technologies to continuously evolve our tools, stack, and processes.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern CI/CD workflows.
Define, promote, and uphold best practices around code quality, testing, and delivery.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Your profile

5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade web applications.
Deep expertise in React, including hooks, advanced state management, and performance optimization.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
Comfortable making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs.
Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
You actively leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency and quality.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; proven success working in remote, cross-functional teams.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and design systems is a plus.
