About Userlane

Userlane combines Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance for regulated industries. Application Intelligence shows where software creates cost and friction across the estate. Contextual Assistance helps people get work done in the moment, without training burden. We work with healthcare organizations across the US and Europe, helping clinical and operational teams work confidently in complex systems like EHRs and other core clinical and business applications.

Your mission

The role

We are looking for someone who knows how to win US healthcare deals with and through partners. The majority of our US pipeline is partner-sourced, and this role owns that engine: co-selling with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and technology partners, from transactional co-sell deals through to large, multi-stakeholder strategic accounts.

You will sell personally and carry a number. You will own our named healthcare and life sciences accounts end to end, and as deals close, you will turn what works into a repeatable US motion. There is a credible path to leading a small team within 12 to 18 months, but this phase needs a builder and a closer, not a manager.

We care about partner co-sell craft and healthcare domain fluency, not generic enterprise sales pedigree.

What you’ll own

  • Closing deals with and through partners, from transactional co-sell to large strategic accounts.

  • Building and running the US partner co-sell engine: enabling partner sellers, managing shared pipeline, and keeping partner relationships healthy when the partner holds the customer relationship.

  • Our named US healthcare and life sciences accounts, end to end, from first conversation to signed contract.

  • Co-authoring quantified business cases with health system and pharma leadership, in their terms: clinician time saved, training burden reduced, tickets deflected, go-lives de-risked.

  • Establishing a repeatable US motion as deals close: what to productize, which partner plays work, and where to double down.

  • Market presence through healthcare IT and life sciences events, conferences, and industry relationships.

  • Pipeline development and revenue targets. You will carry a number and be accountable for commercial outcomes.

Your profile

  • A proven partner or channel co-sell track record in US healthcare. This is the core skill, and we will screen hard for it.

  • A history of co-selling with partners across both transactional deals and large, multi-stakeholder strategic deals.

  • Healthcare domain fluency: the EHR landscape, integrated delivery network (IDN) structures, HIPAA and HITRUST basics, and credibility with both clinical and IT buyers.

  • Scale-up fit. You have carried a number and built pipeline in a lean, resource-constrained company, without a large marketing or sales development engine behind you.

  • A recurring-revenue quota history: software or license sales priced on business value and outcomes, not effort and day rates.

  • Comfort working with a European headquarters and a distributed team across time zones.

  • Self-starter who creates demand in a low-awareness market rather than inheriting brand pull.

Nice to have

  • Life sciences credibility: familiarity with GxP, validation, and pharma quality buyers.

  • Existing relationships within the Veeva ecosystem or with large strategic healthcare accounts.

  • Existing relationships with EHR implementation firms and healthcare IT consultancies.

  • A credible path to building and leading a small team within 18 months.

  • Experience speaking at healthcare or life sciences industry events.

What's in for you

  • Own a market, not a territory slice. Shape and grow it.

  • Team & Culture: A high-performance culture with great leadership and a fun, engaged, motivated and diverse team with people from over 20 countries

  • Two-week deployment versus months for alternatives. Decisions turn into outcomes fast.

  • We win on expertise and outcomes, not procurement exercises and feature comparisons.

  • Real ownership at a pre-exit scale-up: meaningful equity and the chance to build the US healthcare motion from the ground up.

  • Growth: We take you and your development seriously. You can expect weekly 121s, a personalised skills assessment and development plan, on-the-job coaching and budget for events and training

  • Benefits: We offer flexible benefits related to savings and security, health and well-being, and lifestyle and leisure
